I’ve been reading more about creatine and brain health lately, and I think the research is worth following. Some findings are interesting, but I’m not expecting it to suddenly improve my focus or energy. My main reason for taking it is still strength and muscle performance.

Exactly. I think creatine has earned its place in the fitness conversation, but it’s easy for online discussions to turn a useful supplement into something that supposedly does everything. I’d love to hear from people who have tried it for different goals and can explain what they actually noticed.

Creatine can increase water stored in your muscles, so not every scale increase means fat gain. Understanding that helped me stop stressing over small weight changes.

I’ve kept my supplement routine pretty basic this year. Creatine, enough protein, regular workouts, and better sleep have been my main focus. I used to spend way too much time looking for the next product that would improve my results, but now I’m more interested in staying consistent with what actually supports my goals.

I’m interested in creatine’s potential benefits outside bodybuilding, but I think expectations should stay realistic. The strength and muscle research is solid, while some newer applications still need more evidence. I’d rather follow the science than believe every claim online.

Creatine has become one of the few supplements I don’t feel the need to keep changing. I take it consistently, but I still put most x of my attention into training properly, eating enough, and getting quality sleep. It’s helpful to have something with good evidence behind it, but I don’t think supplements should become the center of your fitness routine.
