🔥 What Does Your Current Weekly Workout Schedule Look Like?

That flexibility is something I’ve started appreciating a lot more too. I used to think changing the schedule meant I wasn’t disciplined enough, but sometimes adjusting the plan is actually what keeps you consistent. I’d rather move a session and have a strong workout than force it when I’m exhausted and turn it into junk volume.

I’m doing a five-day bodybuilding-style split right now, but I’m keeping the volume more controlled than I used to. Chest and triceps Monday, back and biceps Tuesday, legs Wednesday, shoulders and arms Thursday, then a second lower-body or upper-body session Friday depending on how recovery looks. I’ve found that I don’t need 25 sets for every muscle to make progress. A handful of hard, well-executed sets with progressive overload has been much easier to recover from, especially now that I’m paying more attention to sleep and nutrition.
