I’m in a salmon phase right now. I’ll bake a few fillets with lemon and garlic, then pair them with roasted potatoes and a big veggie mix. It’s quick enough for weeknights, gives me a solid protein hit, and the healthy fats help make the meal actually satisfying instead of leaving me hungry an hour later.

Salmon has been seriously underrated in my meal prep. I usually avoid it because I think it’ll be harder to prep, but that lemon-garlic version sounds ridiculously easy.

Breakfast burritos.

I prep a batch with eggs, egg whites, turkey sausage, potatoes, peppers, and salsa, wrap them up, and freeze them. Grab one, heat it up, and I’ve got a high-protein meal ready in minutes.

My answer changes depending on whether I’m cutting or trying to push calories. When I’m cutting, I’ll go with a giant chicken-and-veggie stir-fry loaded with cabbage, peppers, mushrooms, and a little rice because the volume is insane for the calories. When I’m trying to gain, I’ll turn the same basic meal into a bigger bowl with jasmine rice, cashews, avocado, and a stronger sauce. Same foundation, completely different eating experience.
