Honestly, the price-to-benefit ratio is what keeps creatine at the top for me. I’d rather have one simple supplement I can stick with than spend $100 every month on a stack of products I probably don’t need.

Still undefeated IMO.

I switched from random supplement stacks to just keeping things basic, and creatine stayed. I feel like the fitness industry makes things way more complicated than they need to be sometimes. If the fundamentals aren’t locked in, another tub of powder probably isn’t fixing the problem.

That’s a good point. I’m starting to think the best supplement stack for most lifters is probably a lot smaller than what you see advertised online. Get the training and diet right first, then add something like creatine if it fits your goals.

Creatine + protein powder when needed, and I’m good.

I’m with you. I don’t need 10 different tubs lined up on my counter before I can train. Give me a solid program, good food, enough sleep, and creatine, and I’m pretty happy with the setup.

Still taking it in 2026. No reason to fix what isn’t broken.

The biggest win for me is how easy it is to stay consistent with. I don’t expect crazy overnight results from it, but I like having something simple that supports my training while I focus on getting my reps, recovery, and nutrition right.
