I try to keep my meals consistent during the week. When my nutrition is all over the place, I definitely notice it in my energy and recovery.

I pay more attention to the little warning signs now. If I’m unusually sore, sleeping badly, and my strength suddenly feels awful, I won’t force a max-effort workout just because it’s on my program. Sometimes dropping the weight or cutting a few sets is enough to recover without completely missing the week. Listening to your body is part of training too. πŸ’―

Honestly, consistency became easier when I stopped thinking every workout had to be brutal. I focus on getting quality training in, eating enough, staying hydrated, sleeping as well as I can, and taking a step back when my body needs it. I’d rather finish a month feeling strong and healthy than have two insane weeks followed by an injury or burnout. That mindset has made a huge difference for me. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ”₯
