1,000-lb total. That number has been sitting in my head for months. 😤

This time I’m prioritizing staying healthy through the entire prep. I’ve pushed through too much fatigue before, so I’d rather arrive at the event feeling strong, recovered, and ready than completely beat up from trying to force progress.

“Absolutely. Presentation can make such a difference onstage, especially when everyone has put in months of hard work.”

I just want to beat my previous total and leave the meet knowing I executed my plan. If a PR happens, awesome—but three solid lifts and a good competition experience would already make me happy. 🔥

My biggest goal is finally competing without letting nerves take over. I’ve trained for months, so I just want to stay calm, execute my attempts, and enjoy the experience.

I’m aiming to step onstage noticeably leaner and more confident than my last show. I’ve learned that the real victory is seeing the months of consistent training, meal prep, cardio, and recovery finally come together under those competition lights. 🔥🏆
