Ooh man judges are looking at the complete package not just individual muscles. All the symmetry, proportion, conditioning, muscular development & presentation all contribute to the final impression.

Chicken, rice and frozen vegetables are my bulk staples.
Cheap, easy and I can make a huge batch at once. Definitely beats cooking from scratch every night.
