Cardio doesn’t kill gains, bad programming does. If you’re doing hours of cardio and not eating enough, yeah you’ll lose size. Otherwise it’s fine.

Add some pin squats starting from the hole. Set safeties right at depth and explode from dead stop. No stretch reflex = pure strength. Humbling af though

I use them more on accessory work. Wouldn’t run giant sets for compounds tho.

Stretching vs Active Recovery, What Actually Works Better?
After leg day I’m dead. I’ve tried stretching, foam rolling and just resting, but still get super stiff the next day. What helps you guys bounce back faster static stretching or light active recovery?

Also control the negative on RDLs. Slow lowering helps you feel the difference from a deadlift.

Could also be low iron or electrolytes. If it’s happening a lot, might be worth a checkup.

I still keep a little caffeine (100mg or so), but nowhere near the 400mg scoops I used to take. My sleep improved a lot after backing off the heavy stims.

I noticed it more for stress than gym performance. Work was crazy last year and I wasn’t snapping at people as much lol. Lifts stayed about the same though.
