Depends on intensity. Low-intensity sessions don’t need much carb timing. Heavy squats = different story

Not a myth, but it’s a wider window than old-school bros claimed. You don’t need carbs 30 seconds after last set.

Agree with Soph. Unless you’re training multiple times a day, “window” isn’t as strict as people think.

But general gym-goers aren’t competing. For them, deeper might give more bang for buck.

Good question. Small butt wink is fine, but if lumbar rounding happens early, it’s risky. Fix with hip mobility + bracing.

I tell my clients: parallel minimum, deeper if you can maintain a neutral spine. Rounding the back is a no-go.
