Yeah same. Even if science says “daily total matters,” practically, fast recovery feels better.

As a powerlifter, I definitely load carbs pre. If I don’t, my squats feel empty. Intra-workout carbs sometimes too.

Exactly. I don’t need ATG to hit white lights in a meet. Parallel is all that matters in competition.

Yes! Heeled shoes or small plates under heels help. Also lets you keep torso more upright.

Agreed, Grace. I train powerlifting style — just break parallel, that’s comp-legal. Anything lower feels unnecessary for my goals.

Kettlebell swings
Takes 30 min. Small corner of the living room.

@GraceReps deficit pulls helped me big time for lockout. Also heavy RDLs for hamstrings.
